SimpleOres Datapacks

As of 1.19, world generation can only be configured through datapacks. Here, I intend to provide unmodified datapack templates for the Simple Ores mods so that you can customize ore generation as you see fit. I expect that this will primarily be of interest to modpack makers.

Short version: unzip the file, edit the json files you want to change, zip it back up the way you found it, and drop it in your datapacks forlder.
