Description
Stargates 4 is a 1.16 datapack that adds functional Stargates, based off of the TV series, to the Minecraft world.
Stargates are 7 by 7 structures that when an address of another gate is dialed, a connection is formed. To learn how to use the datapack, watch the video below.
4.1 Update Video
Using Stargates in Creative mode:
If you want to use Stargates without having to find DHD's, rename a bat spawn egg in an anvil to either "Milky Way DHD" or "Pegasus DHD" and it will work the same as getting an item from a chest
Future Updates:
Stargates 4 has been built to be updated in the future. With new dimensions becoming possible, new worlds such as Abydos may be added. Other DHD's will also likely be added going forward.

Installing Stargates 4.0:
Stargates 4.0 comes with two files, the Datapack and the Resourcepack. Both must be installed to use Stargates 4.
The Datapack wants to go into the datapack folder of the world you would like stargates: ".minecraft\saves\Your World\datapacks"
The Resourcepack can either be put into the Resourcepack folder, or the world folder: ".minecraft\saves\Your World"
After you have placed the files in their proper locations, the datapack is ready.

Stargates 4 and 1.15:
Stargates 4 has been tested in 1.15, and is functional however there were minor bugs present. 1.15 will not be supported going forward, however at this time it is compatible. If you would like to use a version built for 1.15, Kalandor0101 has updated stargates 3 to 1.15.
