TeleportMod

TeleportMod is a mod which allows you to set homes and warps across your world.
The main difference "homes" and "warps" are that homes are unique to each player.

The mod implements the following commands:

Homes Module

/home <home name> – Teleports you to a home.
/homes add <home name> – Creates a new home
/homes remove <home name> – Removes a home.
/homes list – Lists all existing homes.

Warps Module

/warp <warp name> – Teleports you to a warp.
/warps add <warp name> – Creates a new warp
/warps remove <warp name> – Removes a warp.
/warps list – Lists all existing homes.

Misc Module

/back – Teleports you to the previous location that you teleported from.

What you can expect:
Unlimited homes per player (This does mean that if you go insanely crazy, you'll get a huge file… )
Unlimited warps per player (Similarly to above, be careful :))
Each world save has it's own file for homes and warps.
Teleporting to homes set in other dimensions actually teleports you to the other dimensions.

Warnings:

This mod is created for single player and local multiplayer, not servers! There aren't any "permission nodes", but you have to be OP (with a permission level of 2) to run the /warps add and /warps remove commands.
