Description
Unusual Fish is a Forge Mod that adds 58 new aquatic animals to Minecraft. All of these mobs are fictional, however most of them are based on real world counterparts such as Spoon Sharks being based on Bonnethead Sharks. These creatures fill a variety of purposes ranging from new enemies to purely ambient mobs that are there to make fish tanks look a little bit more unique. These animals help make some of the more lacking elements of Minecrafts aquatic biomes feel more alive. The models, textures, and animations all fit well next to the games current roster of additions.

While quite a few of these mobs have drops, there are not too many for the time being as a lot of things here are subject to change. Many basic fish so far dropped raw versions of themselves and can be cooked. Some mobs drop more unique items which can be crafted into other items. Others even drop weapons when slain.
Unusual Fish does not have a config currently, however I do plan on adding one once I figure out how to do so. Despite this though, this mod is meant to supplement any modpack and works wonders with other fish mods, adding much needed variety to the oceans.
