WhoPlaced

WhoPlaced is a simple plugin that logs block placing and breaking.

This is my first plugin as I have just started learning the Bukkit API and I wanted to get started right away.

In this plugin, whenever someone places and destroys a block, it gets logged in the Consile and server.log. As I progress on this project, I have had some ideas of what I can add to this plugin. Feel free to suggest yours in a ticket!

UPDATE 10/31/12 My house had a power surge from hurricane Sandy. As soon as my power is back, I will get back to expanding this plugin, as suggested on my poll. Sorry for any inconvenience, and Happy Halloween!

UPDATE 11/4/12 Just letting people know that there WILL be a semi-working config file
in the next update. I still don't have internet, still writing this from a mobile phone, and I only got 0.3 out because I was visiting my friend who has internet. Sorry, again.

UPDATE 11/5/12 My wifi is planned to return tomorrow. Be prepared… 😀

To Do

  1. Block Filtering (only log certain blocks)
  2. Area Block Filtering (can select an area with WorldEdit, then say "/whoplaced filter (block) off" and the specified block cannot be placed in the selection)
  3. Grief-Protection Abilities (be able to protect your house like a "No-Enemy Factions" plugin)
  4. Rollbacks (select area with WorldEdit and rollback)
  5. MySQL compatibility (optional, will still keep log compatibility)
