Better Creeper Griefing [Suggestion]

This mod was made to do what the description says in post above.
This mod does the following (From original post): 

The general idea of this mod is that instead of disabling or removing griefing from creepers, it will change how they grief. eg:

• No crater is left.

• Deals more damage to entities.

• Grass and farmland become dirt.

• Leaves are destroyed and sometimes catch on fire.

• Stone will drop falling cobblestone until there is a block under it. (mineshaft caving in)
