RAINBOW OAKS is back on 1.16. This mod is a port of the 1.12 version of this mod:

There are config options for rarity, spread, as well as biomes
A note on the config — input the registry names of biomes as a list of strings, such as ["minecraft:flower_forest", "minecraft:plains", "minecraft:wooded_hills"]
