Raxpack Tweak

This mod was created in response to a complaint in a beta stream for the Raxpack 2 modpack that the sink won't fill the Tough as Nails canteen. This mod is a small change to fix that.

The config value 'cleanliness' allows configuring the type of water returned. The following values are allowed:

1: Dirty water

2: Filtered water

3: Clean water

This mod will also fill glass bottles to the same cleanliness unless this is disabled in the config.
