If you are looking into submitting official Minecraft Speedruns to speedrun.com, this is NOT the mod for you. Any runs you submit will be immediately rejected, as this mod changes Minecraft's code and adds new items, changes structure loot and mobs drops and WAY more, this is completely prohibited. Obviously, you are allowed to use this mod for fun, with your friends, make videos, or get some quick and speedy times.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: I am experiencing lots of lag. What can I do to fix this?

A: You can download Sodium, OptiFine/OptiFabric or turn OFF "makeStructuresMoreCommon" in your config.

Q: My game keeps crashing when I try to run the mod. How can I fix this?

A: Make sure you have the latest version of Fabric API, you have the Fabric Loader installed (0.11.6 or above), and that you are running Minecraft 1.17.1. If the problem proceeds, check to see if any other mods are conflicting with the speedrunner mod or maybe THAT mod is causing the issue. If another mod is what is causing the problem, please don't ask me to fix it. Ask the mod creator.

Q: Will there ever be a forge version?

A: Nope. Not at all. I find fabric VERY easy to use and honestly don't feel the need to. Sorry forge users.

Q: How do I install this mod on my server?

A: Make sure you installed your server as "Fabric". Then, make sure the mod itself and the Fabric API file is also in the mod folder. Then, your server should start up normally. But, the people that join also need to have the mod and Fabric API in order to play.

My goal with this mod.

My goal is to make speedrunning as simple as possible (while also not being the easiest thing in the world) and to make the speedrunning experience better. If you have any suggestions, find any bugs, or have ANY questions, PLEASE do not hesitate to join my discord server and ask in one of the chats. I am almost always available (if I'm not my friend Dislike can help you), and I will try my absolute best with resolving your issue or answering your question.
