Amplified Nether

Stardust Labs has a Discord for Amplified Nether and our other projects!

Amplified Nether is a mod (for both Fabric and Forge) that aims to make the Nether 256 blocks tall while also bringing in the "Amplified" feel. This pack uses the 1.18 features to create brand new terrain in the Nether – with 3D biomes and tons of new terrain types.

It also brings back the Nether mountains from the original Nether Update trailer. Many players saw these and were upset that they weren't in the game – we've added them for you to enjoy!

3D biomes are used extensively as well – you might find a different biome at the base of a mountain than at the top, and you'll find much more biome variation in normal Nether terrain. Biome borders that were previously impossible are now commonplace – any biome can border any other biome!
